If you encounter any issues with our product after receiving your parcel, you can contact us via email. We offer a 30-day easy Exchange and Refund policy. If there’s an error, such as the wrong size, or a difference in design or color compared to the product image on our website, a return or exchange can be approved. However, you must contact us within 30 days and provide a photo that highlights the issue. This ensures that we can resolve the matter within 30 days. Our 24-hour customer support team is available to address and settle your concerns, whether through a product exchange or a refund. After 30 days, any requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be entertained.
Refund Policy Will Not Apply When
- If there is any alteration of the jacket or removal of tags, you will be ineligible for a refund.
- No refund will be provided if you ordered two or more comparable items with specific custom sizes, as customized products are made to meet individual requirements and are not suitable for other customers.
- No refund or exchange will be issued if the product has been misused.
- No refund will be processed if items are used and not in their original condition as shipped to you.
We are not obligated to issue refunds for orders under circumstances such as:
- You changed your mind about the item.
- You purchased an item accidentally.
- You exceeded the 30-day return window.
- You ordered more than one comparable item in different sizes (this policy is to prevent abuse). Custom orders and customized items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Note: You must return the product to receive a refund. When returning the product, please provide us with the tracking number via email. Once we receive the product, we will issue your refund.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, please email us at sale@thefamousjackets.com as soon as possible with images of the delivered product and a clear description of the issue. After we investigate and confirm the issue, if a return is approved, the shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. Additionally, the buyer is liable to pay the return shipping cost, as we offer free shipping to our customers, but this shipping is not free to us.
Exchange Policy
If we delivered the correct product as listed on our website but you would like to exchange it for a different color or size, we will exchange it for free. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be applied when product is returned. The costumers are more likely to bear the product return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.
